Poet Eugenijus Matuzevi\u010dius, who set up a creative residence under the tower of the house, rested and wrote there from 1987 to 1994. Here he also wrote his last two books of poetry, \u201cJau sparno nemenumes\u201d and \u201cSugr\u012f\u017eim\u0173 tyla\u201d. After the poet\u2019s death (in 1994), the homestead was declared a memorial, and the branch of Pasvalys Regional Museum operates there ever since.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:2px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In the garden of the museum, a traditional poetry festival &#8211; Krin\u010dino Verden\u0117s is held every year at the end of June.
