Did you know that there was no museum here before? In those “good old” days (1964-1990), residents of Pasvalys flocked not to the museum, but to the cinema! The typical Soviet cinema “Svalia” opened its doors in Pasvalys around 1964 and operated until 1990. 

After the reconstruction of the building in September 1998, Pasvalys Regional Museum invited for a visit.
